It all started with our “Ready to Eat” Creole Potato salad.
Over 30 years ago I began making my New Orleans family “ready-to-eat” Creole potato salad in my apartment kitchen. Once it hit the supermarkets, consumers couldn’t get enough of it. Its popularity has been profiled on NBC, ABC, CBS TV, and major newspapers.

To fulfill requests from all around the country for it, in June 2022 I launched my “Quick & Easy" Creole Potato Salad KITS, which contain the ingredients that I have been using for over 30 years to make my Creole Potato Salad. It has “just enough of a kick to remind you it's New Orleans cooking!”
Also in 2022 – for everybody who always end up with leftover chicken I launched my “Quick & Easy” Creole Chicken Salad KITS that you can use to “jazz up” that leftover chicken and make it something special.
Growing up in New Orleans, my love for seafood was inevitable. Surrounded by the most flavorful crab dishes you can imagine, Crab salad PO Boys were my favorite. It took me awhile but I came up with a way to share some of that same deliciousness without you having to make a trip to New Orleans or the hassle of hours in the kitchen trying to recreate that flavor.
